Acceptable use policy
These rules keep Framewell safe and lawful for everyone.

General conduct
You agree not to use Framewell to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to access, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service or its security;
- scrape, resell or redistribute our files or catalogue;
- submit false, harmful or abusive content through our forms.
No infringing uploads or prints
Where you upload images for the Family Grid or wall-photo preview, you must own or have permission to use them. You must not upload, print or reproduce any image that:
- contains third-party trademarks, logos, team badges or platform branding;
- reproduces copyrighted artwork, characters or photography you do not own;
- depicts a person’s likeness without their permission;
- is unlawful, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts or refuse orders that breach this policy. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report misuse to support@dunpicfra.shop.
This policy is governed by the law of Scotland, United Kingdom.
