1. Who we are

Framewell is operated by DUNBAR PICTURE FRAMING LTD, 8 Spott Road Industrial Estate, Dunbar, Scotland, EH42 1RS, United Kingdom. Contact support@dunpicfra.shop.

2. What we sell

We sell downloadable printable gallery-wall art sets. Each set includes matched printable artwork, a frame-style mockup, to-scale paper hanging templates and a layout guide. Some sets are available as an optional physical print-on-demand order. We also offer Framewell Club subscriptions that grant download allowances.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 to use Framewell. Users aged 13 to 17 must have a parent or guardian’s consent. By ordering you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown before checkout.
• Payment is processed by Stripe; your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
• Your bank or card statement will show the descriptor FRAMEWELL.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

5. Licence and permitted use

Purchased or downloaded files are licensed for personal home use only. Resale, redistribution, re-uploading and commercial use are not permitted, except under the Studio commercial-licence option. Full terms are in the content licence and acceptable use policy.

6. Memberships

Framewell Club is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly until cancelled. Download allowances are per month and do not roll over. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Allowances are a service entitlement, not credits, stored value or a withdrawable balance.

7. Downloads, printing and hanging

Mockups are a styling reference and not a guarantee of the printed result; screen colour differs from print. You are responsible for confirming print sizes and for safe wall fixing, load and drilling. See the print & mockup notice.

8. Refunds

Refund terms for digital downloads, memberships and optional physical prints are in the refund policy.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork is original or licensed and contains no third-party trademarks, characters or likenesses. The Framewell name, site and files remain our property or that of our licensors.

10. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for property damage or injury arising from printing or hanging. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised date above. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of Scotland.
