Personal-use licence
When you buy a set or download it under a membership, Framewell grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and display the artwork for personal home use. You may print the files as many times as you like for your own home.
What is not permitted
- Reselling, sharing, redistributing or re-uploading the files.
- Using the artwork in any commercial, promotional or for-profit context.
- Claiming authorship of the artwork or removing any provided attribution.
- Registering the artwork as a trademark or as your own intellectual property.
Commercial licence (Studio)
A separate commercial-use licence is available to Framewell Club Studio members and covers defined commercial contexts under separate terms. Contact support@dunpicfra.shop before any commercial use to confirm scope.
Your uploads
For the Family Grid and wall-photo preview, you keep ownership of any photographs you upload and grant Framewell a limited licence to process them solely to generate your mockup. You confirm you have the right to use every image you upload. See the acceptable use policy.
Originality and third-party rights
All Framewell artwork is original or properly licensed and contains no third-party trademarks, characters, team badges or celebrity likenesses. If you believe content infringes a right, contact us and we will investigate.
This licence is governed by the law of Scotland, United Kingdom.
