Delivery & downloads

Digital delivery

• After payment, download links and a receipt are sent to your email, usually within minutes.
• Each set includes print-ready files at A2, A3 and A4, the frame-style mockup, hanging templates and a layout guide.
• Links remain available for re-download for 12 months; members can re-download active sets while their plan is active.
• There is no shipping fee for digital sets, and they are available worldwide.

Printing your set

You print files at home or at a local print shop. The layout guide lists sizes and ratios so you can confirm your printer or shop supports them. Colours on screen differ slightly from the printed result.

Optional physical prints

• Where offered, physical prints are produced on demand and dispatched by a third-party print and fulfilment partner.
• Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
• Delivery is by a tracked courier or postal carrier; timing depends on destination, typically 3–10 business days after dispatch.
• Any applicable print and delivery charges are shown at checkout in USD before payment.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; the address you confirm at checkout is passed to the carrier.

Customs and duties

For international physical orders, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price.

Problems with delivery

If a download does not arrive or a physical order is delayed, lost or damaged, contact support@dunpicfra.shop and we will resolve it. Refund handling for damaged prints is covered in the refund policy. This policy is governed by the law of Scotland, United Kingdom.
